At Environmental Incentives, a local consulting firm, Schmidt demonstrated a knack for creating strategies that balance environmental sustainability with economic growth. “This role brings me full circle,” Schmidt told us, her passion practically jumping off the page. Her priorities are clear: expand the Tahoe Inc. entrepreneurship initiative, build a regional talent pipeline, and push forward the Envision Tahoe Playbook.
